Every appointment has an allocated time slot for the needs of each client. I do understand that you may need to change your plans from time to time, this is why we allow cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment. If you arrive more then 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via email/text message.

Cancellation and rescheduling are free of charge if done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, after which we will charge a late cancellation fee. Cancellation or rescheduling a full set appointment with less than 48hours notice will result in total loss of the deposit. We will require a new deposit payment before making a new booking.

Due to the nature of the service we provide, we kindly request not to bring company to your appointments. Presence of other people during the procedure is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Please BE ON TIME to your appointment. By all means do not come earlier or later than your set time for your appointment. We are making sure is enough time between clients to disinfect the working area and all the surfaces has been touched by previous client.
After Care - Eyelash Extensions

Avoid getting your lashes wet for 2-3 hours after your appointment.

Avoid oil based products around your eyes.

Avoid pulling or rubbing your eyes.

Do not use eyelash curlers.

Do not use mascara on your eyelash extensions.

Keep your lashes clean by regular washing.

Schedule your infill every 2-3 weeks to maintain your new eyelash extension.

Brush and clean your lashes daily.
